The response to Regula Mühlemann's first Mozart album was overwhelming. The media spoke of "Mozart happiness". BR-Klassik celebrated her creative urgency and her bell-like voice, which sounds wonderfully warm even at the highest pitch: "This combination makes Regula Mühlemann an outstanding Mozart interpreter," they concluded. "Mozart Arias" conquered the German classical music charts and also won the German Record Critics' Prize (Best List) at the time. Since then, Regula Mühlemann has conquered opera houses and concert halls worldwide not only as a Mozart singer. Her other albums for Sony Classical, "Cleopatra" and "Lieder der Heimat" were also highly praised, she performed twice at the ZDF Advent Concert and impressed as "Newcomer of the Year" at the ZDF Opus Klassik Gala 2018. Now there is finally a second Mozart album with her, also with the Basel Chamber Orchestra conducted by Umberto Benedetti Michelangeli - true to the motto: Never change a winning team! Regula Mühlemann has selected a total of nine favorite pieces for this album. You will hear virtuoso and moving arias from the operas "The Magic Flute", "Il re pastore", "Lucio Silla", "Zaide", "La finta semplice", "Idomeneo" and "Figaro's Wedding".
